And second of all serving is a career just like any other. You make your way through the hoops to get a good job at an expensive restaurant where you can get a job where tips are enough to support you and your family in a typical American 1,800 sq foot house with 2.6 kids, one dog and one cat. The difference is that we don't get paid a living wage hourly on our paychecks. We depend on tips.
